Marco's Pizza - Tavener

Horrible customer service experience. I ordered my pizza in store and asked for it to be well done. My pizza comes out NOT well done and the staff member states she can’t cook the pizza well done because there no room to in the oven but didn’t have the wherewithal to think of this or inform me of this beforehand when I could have just went to another location. Lackluster experience to say the least. Had to bring my pizza home and put it in my own oven to cook it to my liking, disgusted to say the least.

Great customer service, super clean, and the best pizza I've ever had before

I brought 2 coupons and the lady told me that non of them works despite they should be valid for my order. That was my first and last time order from this location.

Love their Pizza and Service, Only thing that keeps bothering me is that the employees verbally asking me to write a tip when I sign a credit card receipt copy (only at this location). I don't fill like to be forced to write a tip. Please fix this culture at this location, then I fill like to give 5 stars at this Marco's. Thanks!
