The Crosskeys - Taunton Deane

Has taken mama and a friend to birthday dinner and enjoyed it. the lunch menu is very good with the additional bonus of £3 start and desserts. three meals, 3 drinks two coffees and pud were £35. very good socially removed, simple free parking in front of the door, and the sweetest staff. ignore the rude reviews and try it yourself.

The cross keys is a pleasantly clean and tidy device. the menu is diverse if not exciting typical for a large chain brewers fair.) I had praised and avocado starter, very nice praised cocktail little shy on avocado. I had the filet of heke porn like my wife, very well cooked, except for a problem, both my wife and I pulled 6 bones out of our hake. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he said he would tell the cook, on his return he told me that the cook apologises, but he didn't fill the fish, so it happened so it wasn't his fault. first, the cook is responsible for everything that comes from his kitchen, regardless of where and who delivered the products. if he can't be harassed, bone-making, it seems to be a real shame to spoil what a good meal could be only for the lack of effort.

We went to the Cross Keys for Sunday lunch yesterday and have been here on many occasions for food and have in the main, never been disappointed! Well, yesterdays lunch was absolutely FANTASTIC and possibly the best Sunday lunch I’d ever had there. I had the trio and my wife the beef. Everything was cooked to perfection and was all hot. The service was also brilliant, the team members led by Sarah, all smiling and in my opinion genuinely enjoying their job. Well done team Cross Keys

Excellent food and service, Easter Sunday chocolate for the kids and egg hunt. Dog friendly and Tesco vouchers.

I ate so fast, I couldn't take a photo! BBQ Burger was first class. Our server Jamie was incredibly attentive. Lovely atmosphere, will be back in the summer to enjoy the massive garden
