Ordered food online waited over 1.5 hours for a take away. Went to the shop and complained, the guy at the shop said it’s not his problem and contact Uber. Never back again….. want to give 0 but won’t let me

I ordered food tonight, but recieved nothing after 1.5 hours. I called and was told they were just going to start cooking it, i requested a refund and was told it would be processed. I then recieved a call from them to say that i couldn't have my money back as they had cooked the food by then. I have not recieved any food, or my refund. So Sabeez Taunton have stolen £22.98 from me

The food is lovely but the last 10 orders online have all arrived late. I have selected an earlier time to get the food when I want it. Currently 19.39 and ordered for 19.25. Ordered 2 hours ago!

Food is nice, but the website says delivery will take 45 minutes and will then declare it's been delivered... When it hasn't. Couldn't even phone the store as the line is permanently busy. TWO HOURS later it turned up. No apology. Not even a free can of drink as a recognition of **** service. Ended up eating at 9pm, so didn't get the best nights sleep. Not quite sure why peri chicken took two hours. I suspect they may have had to kill the chicken before they started.... It's the only way a 2 hour wait makes sense If you don't mind waiting two hours and can forgive diabolical service, the food is actually quite nice.

Order took 2 hours 50 minutes to deliver, phoned twice trying to get an update, both times was lied to about it being on its way. Unprofessional and dishonest. Not the first time this has happened either. Shame because the food is usually enjoyable but the management and efficiency is shocking.
