Queens Arms - Taunton Deane

Visited for Sunday lunch with family, service was fantastic and the food was even better! Roast and desserts were some of the best we have had. Lovely pub with a really lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back and recommend.

Had an amazing roast dinner with the family, I think has to be the best in Somerset! Staff were friendly and welcoming too.

This is the second time we have had a Sunday roast here, I have to confess to being a bit fussy when it comes to having a roast out, but the roast here at the Queens Arms is by far the best roast I have had out. Fantastic array of veg, beautifully cooked melt in the mouth beef, crispy roast potatoes, and wonderful Yorkshire puddings, everything tastes really freshly cooked, you get an extra jug of gravy as well. Literally couldn’t fault it. Lovely staff also . Definitely worth a visit or two. We will be returning multiple times no doubt.

Excellent Sunday lunch menu, the best roast we've had for years! Warm welcome (not just the landlord and staff, but the log fire too! and good family atmosphere, all ages relaxing together which was lovely. Don't know which was more impressive, the quality of the food or the quality of the service, which was efficient but in a very natural and friendly way, good attention to detail and all from people who seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. Would recommend, and will certainly be coming again!
