Ristorante Dolce e Salato - Taufkirchen

Big Italian restaurant (in- and outside). Menu with good variety (pasta, pizza, meat, fish). I had an entrecote and it was perfectly grilled, the fish of my neighbour was looking excellent too. The service was kind and quick.

I live near this restaurant so I have had to go on more than one occasion (friends birthdays etc). I find the staff rude and inattentive. On one occasion they came over to tell me I was talking too much. On a different occasion they told me I was eating my food incorrectly. On another occasion they only asked half the table if they wanted dessert- so the birthday girl went without (she was too polite to complain and didn't want to keep people waiting).It's difficult to get their attention to order more drinks etc.One time I found an old wire in my pizza! I informed the staff straight away in German but they pretended not to understand me, so as they often speak English I told them in English- funnily enough they suddenly forgot all their English. When I showed them the wire sticking out of the pizza dough they said something about it being from the oven cleaning brush so it was ok and then walked off. The food (if it comes without any extra bits of metal) is usually quite good.

Very good option in this area. Friendly staff, which didn't appear so in the beginning. Food was very good, portion as well was generous, good value for money, finishing our meal with creme brûlée was the best choice. If you're in that area with no car, I recommend this restaurant.

Great quality pizza's and fresh fish! Personnel is doing the extra's that makes you remember. The Rumanian waiter gave our 3 kids the extra attention needed to have a great evening! Fresh fish really well prepared!

They offer very good soup (add something else, it is only a small cup). Also the starters were good (liked the bruschetta), I would recommend the wood-fired oven pizza. The staff is friendly but not overly polite (try to be italian ;-) ).Also TV with soccer was on the whole time, at least no sound, that was good.Had a cozy booth with business colleagues and had a good time there.On the weekends it is advised to make a reservation.
