The Wharf Local - TATHRA

We were group of five people and each of us ordered a bit of snack which included toasties, coffee and hot chocolates. The thing that stood among all the things we ordered was the hot chocolate. It was right amount of sweet with appropriate creaminess in the milk. The chocolate flavour was prominent and i would say it is one of the best Hot chocolates i have drank in Australia. The only issue with the restaurant was their service speed which was extremely slow. The wait made us anxious but i would say the hot chocolate was worth the wait.

Decent, locally sourced, healthy options fantastic location and reasonably priced. A good spot to drop in for lunch and/or coffee and watch the fisherman at work

Love this place! <br/ Beautiful views,great artwork and such a unique position. Frequent the wharf on our annual vacation multiple times without fail. <br/ It’s a pity that portions seem to get smaller each year. <br/

The Wharf Locavore in Tathra is one of the most beautiful coffee bar/gallery/locavore that we’ve been to. Excellent coffee and food, and incredible location and views. Fast, efficient, and friendly service, and amazing local artworks and produce to also enjoy/consider. Next time you’re in Tathra, make sure you check them out – it’s a hidden unexpected gem and I’m pretty sure you’ll be glad you made the effort.
