“to Tavernaki” Original Thassos Tavern

Our first meal on the island was not disappointed. A beautiful set with tables covered by vines. Many tables, ok selection of foods. Fast service and friendly staff. Good English.

Very delicious food, I ordered the spaghetti with shrimps without tomato sauce and the boss made that especially for me, although it was not in the menu! Also great atmospheres and a good mood, love the place!

One of the best dinners on Thassos Island. Really nice atmosphere, cozy, friendly and warm feelings. The manager is so nice and helpful, he will come to your table to check if everything is okay to help you choose the best dishes and make your stay as beautiful as possible. The food is what you're getting back, as we did. We had dinner two times and everything was so good! Traditional Greek tavern with traditional dishes, plenty of taste and good taste. Seafood is great, appetizers amuse and safe is everything from the menu after what we tried. The house wine was also very good to combine with seafood. If you want to see how the faithful enjoy the free time and how they have good time to share food and drinks... This is the place to come. Free desserts at the end of dinner is always a beautiful surprise!

Traditional Greek food, very tasty and large portions. Friendly service and we also have free deserts from the house. Taverna is located in a small sweet street on a shade so perfect place to cool in a hot afternoon. The only thing they had few vegetarian courses as the main dish, but if you were meat eaters you would be good. Generally recommend and will come back!

The best food we had in Thassos. The boss was great- very hard to find good customer service in Greece, but he is doing an amazing job. Servers are so nice and it’s very authentic. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Thassos.
