Mcdonald's - TARZANA

Food was fresh which was amazing but forgot to add my Mexican salsa.

6am in the morning and the hash brown was hard and stale, the burrito wasnt even hot and half of it was hard as a rock. Youd think getting an order that early the stuff would be fresh..... fresh by fast food standards anyway. No reason anything should be hard or stale that early in the morning

The fries are consistently served cold at this McDonald's location, making it not the best choice. The food often tastes old and stale.

I live just a short distance from this restaurant, probably less than 5 minutes away. The delivery driver brought my order promptly and on time. However, the food was very cold and stale. It seems like the restaurant is not making fresh food and is just serving items that have been sitting for hours.

I ordered large fries for $4.94, which felt like highway robbery, but oh well. The fries tasted good. However, when I received my delivery, the container was only 2/3 full. This showed a complete disrespect for both the customer's rights and respect. This would have never happened if I was there in person. It is unethical to say the least. I tried calling before ordering to ensure I would receive proper value, but the answering machine said they were not available. Okay, so much for my wallet. This place is incredibly greedy and disappointing.
