Can Xiulet - Tarragona

A true taste of Tarragona for a bargain price. We enjoyed a 3 course lunch with wine for 14 euros! English not spoken by staff but they were exceptionally friendly and we got by. Especially when we realised there was an English translation to the menu. Made us all laugh. Lots of locals in but still fairly quiet on a Tuesday lunch. Food good quality and lots of choices. Galician pork shoulder, followed by steak and peppercorn sauce, then traditional cheesecake. For 14 euros with a carafe of easy drinking wine. Bargain.

Had Catalan sausage here. Loved the food! The sausage was full of taste, very savory, potatoes were super soft on the inside. The meal portion was big, even for me, and I usually eat a lot, so it might not be for everyone Kitchen here closes at 4 pm, so I didn't get a chance to eat the first time I came here Staff is nice, but don't speak English, but this wasn't a big issue for me, you can just point at the menu item :D Wasn't able to get that Almond cake from the Google Maps pics for this place. Very sad

Great food! Fair prices. Will definitely go back. Just go with time as the service might take a little long than expected due to big amounts of people.

Although we didn't know Spanish, but somehow we could order. The food was just too great and too much.

Amazing, huge servings, everything fresh, tasty, lunch with main and second dish with sauce and a jar of wine -11 euros, staff is very friendly, there are sockets to charge the phone, toilet.
