El Búfalo Grill es un restaurante que ofrece comida americana, como costillas, hamburguesas, entrecots... principalmente carnes. Suelo ir dos o tres veces al año, el lugar está decorado al estilo de un salón del oeste y la comida es bastante sabrosa, aunque un poco cara. Sin embargo, los platos son tan grandes que se pueden compartir fácilmente o elegir la opción de combos para probar un poco de todo. Está ubicado en el polígono de Las Gavarras, donde hay cines y grandes centros comerciales, con fácil aparcamiento. En general, el restaurante tiene muchas ventajas, pero también tiene un inconveniente. El trato al cliente deja mucho que desear, son secos y sin detalles. En una ocasión pedimos cambiar de mesa para tener más espacio y nos lo negaron, alegando que reservaban esas mesas para grupos más grandes, a pesar de que éramos solo cuatro personas en una mesa para seis. A veces, he optado por ir a otros lugares debido a esto. Es algo que deberían mejorar, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que no se trata de un restaurante con estrellas Michelin.

Salí sorprendida por el excelente servicio recibido, la comida estuvo bien pero el trato fue excelente. Fuimos con una niña muy inquieta que no paraba, y el personal estuvo muy atento de ella, con trona, lápices, globos... incluso estuvieron pendientes de la temperatura en la zona infantil... Ideal para ir con niños... ¡Volveremos!
