Yankee Bean - Tarpon Springs

Fantastic spot for soup and sandwiches!!! I tried the Turkish cranberry club, and it was amazing!

I’m looking for a place with a diverse selection of fragrances, not just typical bathroom and body products. This restaurant is exactly what I need.

I absolutely love this place! The food always tastes so fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I usually order takeout, but I recently had a great experience dining in with a friend and even sang together. We wanted to try the cabbage soup, but unfortunately, they had run out. The waitress was really kind and offered us a little sample of what was left, which was delicious. However, my favorite soup remains the Yankee bean soup. I also noticed a different review mentioning that they have Thai chocolate chicken soup. I can’t wait to try it!

I can't believe it took me this long to try the Yankee bean. I've wanted to since it opened and finally made it. They knocked it out of the park in terms of quality and inventiveness of their soups and sandwiches. I started with a Thai coconut chicken soup that was phenomenal. Even the super quality oyster crackers they served with it were a cut above the usual ones. I followed up with a curried chicken salad on pumpernickel that was perfectly seasoned, lots of chicken and such fresh bread. And the hibiscus tea they make in house is the perfect refreshing drink to round out any lunch. My friend Cory loved her sandwich and soup as well. Cozy dining room, friendly service and lots of yummy and creative options. Definitely worth stopping in anytime you're in Tarpon for lunch.
