Shaka - Tarpon Springs

We are a dinner group of about 14 people. We had reservations. It took over an hour to get salads and almost two hours to get our dinners. There was one couple that never received their appetizers and four people who never received their dinners.Several people had to go to the bar to get their own drinks.Several of us asked to see the manager and it took along time for her to come out to speak to us. And then all she did was blame the waitress and another large party.They were clearly unprepared to handle our business.Needless to say it was our first visit and our last

We were with a group of 15 and had a reservation. It was my first night with this dinner club group. The restaurant was definitely not prepared. We were told the server was new and all was blamed on her. She ended up quitting. I do not blame her. You do not give a New server a table of 15 by herself and expect it go well.I drank one drink and then I was told they were out of Captain Morgan. Two (different) tap beers brought for two people to the table were flat, and immediately returned. I am not sure about other 's drinks.Several were eating already at our table when we were told they were out of Snapper, disappointed, but I order the Jerk Chicken Dinner instead. I was not the only one who ordered snapper.After waiting 20 minutes for a drink which I ordered when I thought I would be eating Jerk Chicken (not Captain Morgan, because they were out), I went to the bar and the bartender knew I was waiting for my drink but it wasn 't made???After 2-1/2 hours, I did not even get my appetizer. Several in the group never did get their dinners. Those that did had incorrect sides and the Mahi was dry.At this point we were fed up. They did not even know who was served or what we ordered. Trying to get bills for what was actually served was ridiculous.Horrible experience.

We were a big party and the waitress looks poor skilled, she makes a list of orders and the she was talking the plates to find the people. 5 people never got their food.

Great food and drinks. There were at least 14 of us that wandered in off the street and Tiara was our server — she did a great job and didn’t even roll her eyes at our stupid made-up names.

Tasty food and perfect atmosphere. Tiara was a great server. Will be back regularly.
