Biryani World - Tarneit

Generally I wouldn't be too critical on the restaurants as I understand the effort they put in. However this restaurant made me feel I should give a proper review. Tried take away here about 3 times in the last 2 years and the quality of food has been deteriorating every other time. Dine in experience is one of the worst ever I have experienced in Melbourne. Service: Very poor, no greeting, no cutlery and water is provided not until we requested for. When we asked the waitress for water, cutlery and to replace the untidy glasses, we got a wierd look which made us feel embarrassed. Cleanliness: The plates came with black dots and I had to clean it up. There were food droppings everywhere on the floor (check the pic). The cutlery, glasses and the water jug were not cleaned properly and the marks are clearly seen (check the pics). When asked for the glasses to be replaced, we were provided with plastic glasses which were not cleaned properly either. Quality of food: Crispy Chicken looked like half cooked. The rice in the biryani got dried. It looked as if it was cooked days before and either mixed with new batch or reheated (See the pic). Totally ruined my birthday dinner. Could have gone some where else.

Chicken hydrabadi dum biryani was good same as Dosa hut and other indian restaurants. Chicken 65 biryani was very spicy Ambience was ok, reception and kitchen area was not clean and in best shape They have a HALAL certificate

So we have been ordering biryani from this place every week and tried veg noodles, it was salty noodles and with no veggies. And when called the restaurant, this lady who said she owns the restaurant and later denied said it is not my problem. Talk to the delivery guys. Is the doordash delivery guy makes their noodles? Stupid lady and stupid service! If you're after amazing biryani and amazing service, try BIRYANI NATION. Never order from thIs terrible place.

Amazing Biryani ..! One the of the best in Australia. Ashok was amazing, recommend us Pachimirchi Biryani, Chicken 65 Biryani mutton biryani. All the Biryani had unique flavours with aroma, chicken was tender, rice was cooked perfectly even the curry on the side was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely going there again. Highly Recommend for Biryani lovers.

The food was just amazing and full of flavours. If you are looking for a new Bryani place to try, you have to try this one! Choose from a variety of biryanis on offer! It’s a great place for a quick meal which was what I did, or a family dinner! The staff was very friendly and kept making sure the at I was ok.
