Excellent restaurant at all points: dishes are very worked with local products of excellent quality, and with a reflected presentation in very original dishes. The composition stimulates appetite as much as you like to observe it before attacking it. I recommend the tasting menu (menu evening and we) which may seem expensive but whose price is largely justified by the quality of the dishes: you will not be disappointed. The frame with small rooms of a few tables is quite intimate I enjoyed it. Moreover the servers are very kind and discreet, at the top. Quick service. I hope to get back to Tarbes to get back! In addition to online booking, little more, is convenient!

Very good reception to the Pregnant by all the staff. Quick and very pleasant service, where all dishes are presented before tasting. Several mouths before the meal to taste new flavours. We highly recommend restaurant!

Superb restaurant! Each sublime dish of simple ingredients with perfectly balanced seasonings and a perfect agreement between the elements. Local products are highlighted. The service is done with discretion but close. The environment is intimate and very pleasant. An address to keep and renew!
