Beautiful place to hang around, cozy and relaxing the most important thing is instagramable

Place is nice and clean. Portion of food is okay but one of my friend ordered their bistik lada hitam and the portion is very small. I ordered ayam bakar madu, taste okay. Their risol ayam mayo is so-so. Bakmi kuah sei taste so-so, the beef is good tho. I also try their nasi goreng gafore, the rice is too hard, I'm not sure about the taste tho.

Great food and great taste. The drinks are really good too. Price per satisfaction for each menu are really good. But I'm a bit unsatisfied with the service. The waiter and waitress need to make their communication a lot better. I was ordering a club sandwich, yet it didn't come until we finished all the other foods. The waitress said there was a miscommunication between the main cashier and the sandwitch's kitchen so the sandwich's chef didn't knew the order was there. The most disappointing one was the waiter didn't apologize properly, and the other waiter and waitress didn't smile a lot. For management : Please make your service a lot better, you have a lot of good food and drink that you serve but We all know that it will taste better when it served really well, especially with a lot of smile. For future customers : Please do come here if you want to have a good food and drink in a good place to hang out with your family and friends. But my suggestion is that you might have to communicate a lot more than usual with the waiter and waitress just in case something have gone wrong like I just did. Well, the Nasi Goreng Gila and the Oreo Frappuccino really taste good tho XD Regards, A visitor with his family from Malang

Nice place for hang out but tastewise is nothing special

Such a waste of time and money. Arrived there for already more than 20 minutes yet the waiters seems like they didn't see me. After we ordered the food, we waited again for around 30-40 minutes and they forgot one of my order! Hey I waited 2 hours just for a bowl of ice cream with waffles and cookies on. I asked more than 2 times but seems like they just completely forgot about it and served me last minute because I told them I'm going to go home asap. Overpriced food and unpleasant service, no thanks.
