Hardee's - Tar Heel

I ordered two items: twenty chicken tenders and a large fries. I selected Buffalo, ranch, and BBQ for my dipping sauces. Unfortunately, they forgot the fries and instead gave me four honey BBQ sauces and two ranch. It's the little things that count! I'm willing to give you guys another chance. No worries! Haha! The reason is that I’ve had great service here before!

My chicken filet biscuit was served hot and fresh, and I found it to be quite tasty. Although I'm not usually a fan of Hardee's, I was pleasantly surprised by this particular location.

The manager, a student named Belinda, needs to improve her people skills and customer service abilities. Because someone forgot to include a small fry in the order, you lost a $30 sale.

We had a great experience at this restaurant, enjoying affordable snacks as a family. The staff was always smiling and attentive, even late in the evening. Everything was fresh and delicious. Thank you for making our trip home more enjoyable! We truly appreciate your wonderful service every time we visit.

Best service and best food for Hardee's everywhere. Only was to another hardee on the same level because they gave my dog a treat at the Virginia location
