Great courtesy service staff. eating was great thanks.

This is our second time in 2 weeks. the first time the service was bad and the waiter got our commands wrong and could not speak fluent English. this time we used our voucher, which we could not redeem for the first time and the service was good and fast. the eating was pleasant, although the crab bite of my partner was still frozen and had to be returned and when it came, it was nice. not a place if they want a quiet meal, as there are always children eating here and can be very loud.

Having booked a table for 7.30 , we arrived and were told that it was the last table available and that everyone else would be waiting for 45 mins ? ! Manager very stressed , one waitress working for a fully booked restaurant , waited for 15 mins no sign of a drink or waitress so decided to walk out ! No one noticed ! Waste of time as always with this place , lack of staff , lack of service , and very very poor ! Get your act together !!

Our online booking was not found when we arrived at the restaurant. Fortunately the place was not busy so we could seat immediately but it would have been an issue if it had been busier. Aside from that it was all good.
