Baskin-robbins - Taos

Wow! They don't get a service like theirs anymore. So patiently so friendly and her business was packed with customers. It is longer to drive than our normal Baskin Robbins, but we will go to this every time!

Baskin Robins definately deserves 10 stars. Every single time we have been there it has been excellent. Keep up the amazing customer service.

I love the ice cream here, but I just don’t understand why you always give me hollow cake cones. Every time I get a scoop on top and nothing inside! I try to keep an eye out for one of the owners because they know how to pack a cone properly. Otherwise, I guess I’ll have to start asking for a full cone of ice cream when I place my order.

The drive-thru was incredibly friendly, and I even took some quarters home with me. The food was delicious!

Honestly, this location offers the best customer service I've ever encountered at a franchise. The staff are consistently kind and accommodating. When the owner, Steve, mistakenly gave me the wrong order, he actually called me back to personally apologize! It's incredibly rare for a large company to make someone feel valued, but Steve managed to do that in just one interaction. I'm truly impressed! Thank you, Steve.
