Principe Cerami - TAORMINA

Amazing food and service. Really nice views from the terrace. Staff were friendly and helpful with the menu. We had some really interesting dishes which still had Sicilian influences and everything was delicious.

During our stay at the FS San Domenico Palace we had 1 dinner at the 1 Michelin Star restaurant Principe Cerami for a special occasion and it was special indeed! Beautiful restaurant setting, great food, service and atmosphere. Thanks to the whole team for a great evening!

After the popularity of White Lotus , one must have a reservation to get on the premises . One passes the piano bar on the way to the restaurant. Its small with patio seating and an ocean view. I ordered the tasting menu and it was way too much food but beautiful presentation to the dishes. (After the fact I reminded myself that one only must order an entrée at fine restaurants because they usually bring great bread and several Amuse Bouchées. The olive oil was outstanding as was the octopus. The strawberry granita palette cleanse was lovely.

The lovely high-end restaurant provides stunning views with an excellent menu. Staff are friendly and explain each course. Plenty of surprises throughout the meal, so loosen your belts and enjoy the culinary ride.
