Interesting menu but unable to offer much in the way of gluten free and attitude of Head waiter was not really acceptable. It's a shame as the hotel and other restaurant is wonderful.

Our hotel restaurant and we ate there multiple times which is rare for us. Both lunch and dinner are quality and the the staff are great (as they are throughout the hotel). Highly recommend a visit and if you’re staying at the hotel definitely a must. Great setting both day night.

Cadre : exceptionnel avec vue sur l’Etna et accès par un tunnel creusé sous la roche. Magnifique. Service : Personnel nombreux et gentil Menu dégustation : Bon dans l’ensemble très copieux. On aurait aimé des portions moins grosses et plus de variété de plat (ex une viande et un fromage). Le prix du menu a augmenté de 13% entre le 31/07 et le 01/08. Autres plats testés : Plat de pâtes 28 euros : bon, pas assez copieux. Viande de bœuf 30 euros : excellente. La nourriture est bonne. Les prix sont élevés : justifiés par le service et le cadre.

Exceptional view, great service by the staff who were gave us more than we expected. Food was sublime and with the fine wine. It is a place for romance in the air, watching the moon on the sea, Great staff to serve you Delicacies

What a AMAZING PLACE! Here is perfect! Seafood Salad is great taste,and also Spaghetti! l love it!!
