For me one of the best restaurants on the island. excellent wines that go beyond the production of the island and beyond commercial wines. I served with artisan butter flavored in three different ways really excellent, but the biggest surprise was fish tartare, an unforgettable triptych with citrus sauces of a delicacy never seen before. sweet, a citrus cream on sweet cuscus is a prilibacy that recalls ancient flavors of cinnamon and spices. chocolate caponata absolutely to try. dear but perfectly suited to quality. one of the best dinners in recent years. very kind staff but not sliced, we felt at home.
