Excellent food , friendly service -- you have to eat here if you're in Nice and love Asian food :)!

Every time I come to Nice I try to stop by for a bubble tea.

We've been visiting this cafe for years, just having coffee or a drink under the trees in front of this old-France setting at the top of the hill, but never found the opportunity for a meal. A few weeks ago, enticed by the fresh ambiance created by the new owners, we decided to have lunch. The prices were comparatively low and perhaps that should have been a warning. After a promising home-made tapenade we endured an overcooked and stodgy lasagna and a virtually cheese-free (but crouton-full) salade de chevre chaud. The coffee was 'alright'. It's such a shame because it is a lovely place to visit and the staff were delightful. With a different chef and perhaps a small hike in pricing they could do a great deal better. As it is, just go for a drink and read your paper!

Location is great after a long bike ride, but the food is just very basic and poor quality. very disappointing

Christine and Michel the new owners have done a fantastic job by taking over this restaurant.Fresh products, good choices, dish of the day, and very competive prices. I can definitely recommend the home made red fruit crumble and the chocolate mousse ...friendly staff, fantastic views from the terrasse over looking the mountains and the Town of Grasse. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
