The Ponds View - Tanjay City

The location is lovely, especially at night. However, it seems like the restaurant can't quite decide if it's a family dining spot or a KTV bar, which makes it difficult to enjoy a relaxed dinner with family. The menu is quite limited, and the prices feel a bit steep for a newly opened establishment in this area. Their form of "entertainment" consists of a "singer" (who I don't believe qualifies as one) performing karaoke songs. The Shanghai dumplings they offer are obviously store-bought, yet they charge 150 pesos for them. Drinks that usually range from 35-50 pesos at other bars are priced at 70 pesos here—further evidence of being overpriced. I’m giving it 1 star solely for the location. It would have earned 2 stars if the food had been reasonably priced and freshly prepared, and 3 stars if they had a live band instead of just a karaoke night, or even just some background music. If you're looking to grab drinks with friends, it might be acceptable for that. I plan to revisit in a few months to see if any improvements have been made.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is very accommodating, and I plan to visit from time to time.

It Ok but a work in progress. If you want a cheaper menu, look on the bill board insead of the menu. Good asthetics though. Nice view especially at sunset.

Went there to find out its closed. Disappointed . They should announce clousure
