We visited this restaurant during a work trip in the area. We ordered a Greek salad and an entree to share. They brought us 2 Greek salads and the waiter belligerently and quite rudely argued with us, insisting that we had ordered both. We politely asked them to please remove it as we did not order it and wouldn’t be able to eat another one. We were charged for both salads at the end of the meal. Will not be returning to this restaurant in future.

We enjoyed a glass of wine and a local beer here. The staff were ok albeit a little pushy with regard to service we decided to eat elsewhere.

Looking for a change from traditional German food, we ate at this Greek restaurant located in the lovey old town part of Tangermünde. The atmosphere inside was cosy and familiar, lit with candles in the evening. Not knowing what the quality of the food would be, we were pleasantly surprised with the excellent gyros dishes with Metaxa sauce. The portions were generous. Even the Greek rosé (not the roditas, which the waiter prudently suggested not to order) was very good. Had we had more room after dinner, we would have indulged in a dessert of Greek yogurt with ice cream. It was also nice to get a free pre-dinner aperitif and after-dinner shot of ouzo.
