Trinity's Coffee Lounge - Tamworth

This is an old-school café that we visited for breakfast. We ordered Vegemite toast and a skinny flat white. The coffee seemed like it was made from instant coffee powder, and the toast came pre-buttered with a thick layer of Vegemite already spread on top. I had to use a teaspoon to scrape some of it off before I could eat it.

The food and service takes me back to the good old days. nothing too fancy but spot on everytime. from a sandwich to lasagne, its all tasty and quick.

I absolutely adored this café. The menu is simple and straightforward, with a variety of sandwiches, wraps, open grills, and a few burger options. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable. The café is run by friendly women.

No pretensions here, and while it looks a little dated, well worth looking past that as our breakfasts were delicious and nicely cooked and seasoned, served at the right temperature and even though the place was nearly full and the two lovely ladies on the floor were obviously slightly overwhelmed, they stayed polite and friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable meal I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have dined at Trinity's multiple times for breakfast and lunch. It is a popular spot for Saturday morning breakfast, and you can tell from the friendly interactions between the staff and customers that many are regulars. The atmosphere is laid-back and casual. The menu offers a good variety to cater to different tastes, and the food is generous portions of tasty home-cooked meals. The coffee is decent as well.
