I’ve only had a couple of issues with wrong or missing items, but the staff is always friendly to me. Never had a rude or bad experience. The food is always hot and really good!
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They do not deserve the support of your business. There are others, give your money to them.
It's really a hit or miss with this store sometimes the food won't stick to the wrapping paper but most of the time it will making it unedible and the workers are extremely rude. Just went through the drive thru and they forgot my sauce and when I asked them for it I was handed 2 hot sauce packets and I got like 5 items. If this is the closest Taco Bell to your house you might as well go somewhere else
I've frequently visited this location several times with a fairly reasonable large order and had a few items here and there missing or not to the expectation as anticipated when received BUT in this instance, hands down the best experience yet.From the individual taking the drive thru order to the point of sale window staff, both and all prep/kitchen staff were extremely kind.While placing the order the attendant repeated the order of each item and may I add that this was a highly costomized order request.The payment window employee was kind and patient while I and my wife fumbled around reaching for our credit card for payment.We were both extremely pleased that all items were accounted for and surprised at the accuracy of each food item as it was prepared EXACTLY as we've requested.The portion of each item was over expected.As stated before we (my family and I) frequent this location and almost always have to turn around for correction or phone in to make the staff aware of the error.HIGHLY PLEASED!!I have made several attempts to call this location (16020 maple dale) and successfully reached a store member which promptly answered but when asked to speak with the manager and placed on hold the call was lost.I called in again and the phone remained busy.I just wish to take the time to give thanks to that entire team for the pleasant experience.This is the type of service I've longed for.havent seen a bunch of individuals pleased to work in such a busy environment.I'd hope some type of recognition or mention is made of the outstanding performance of this location and in particular, the team associated with this shift.Very thankful.Please forward to the store manager please and thank you.
