Starbucks - Tampa

Given its location in the heart of Citrus Park Mall and the large number of customers it serves each day, I am impressed that the manager who took my order once remembers my name and greets me with a smile every time I visit. He is a genuinely friendly person with a cheerful attitude. It’s no surprise that he was promoted so quickly and transferred to a new location. I wish him the best of luck! If only I could remember names like he does—I would have mentioned it here!

I have visited this location frequently over the past month, and the staff has always been friendly. There was one instance where my order was incorrect, but they quickly resolved the issue. Aside from that, my experiences have been fantastic!

I really appreciate the vegan options they now offer. They have almond, coconut, and soy milk available. The prices are very reasonable, and the customer service at this location is always exceptional.

This is my favorite Starbucks, and the manager is Zach and he is amazing!
