This place is legit. reminds me to cook moms. I even went back to breakfast the next morning. eating here is made with love. I wish they had Dominicans.

I recently dined at Sabor a Merengue and had an amazing experience! Every aspect of our meal was delightful, from the authentic and flavorful food to the warm and welcoming ambiance of the restaurant. The Tres Golpes dish was a perfect harmony of fried eggs, salami, and fried cheese served with mangu, creating a symphony of delicious flavors. The Arroz Blanco was fluffy and perfectly cooked, and the Frijoles Rojos added a burst of flavors that complemented the meal perfectly. And let's not forget the crispy and irresistible Chicharrón! The staff was attentive and made us feel like part of the Sabor a Merengue family. If you're looking for authentic Dominican cuisine, look no further than Sabor a Merengue. We had a great experience at this restaurant, with the ability to substitute chicken for beef. The service was excellent and we were very pleased overall. The food was amazing, with everything fresh. We will definitely be returning. 10/10 stars!
