Norky's Pollos A La Brasas - Tampa

Terrible food. The papa a la guancaina was too salty I told them to take it back and to my surprise the papa a la guancaina was back In my table. They told us that they fixed it but I told them that i sent back because I no longer wanted it. I ordered a side of rice. Horrible taste. The rice was like from 2 or3 days ago. The causa was too salty as well. Being a Peruvian i was so was so embarrassed with my family. We ate the chicken we ordered because we were hungry after traveling from NY. The waitress, a Peruvian lady, was very kind and helpful. I cannot complain about her. But the owner or manager was too rude ro send us the papa a la guancaina back to our table knowing that we did not wanted it anymore. That is why I am rating a 1 star to this place.

Food was 3 stars, not the same as Peruvian Pollo. Big detractor for me was the check. They have included tip, which is fine but then they ask for a tip when you sign without mentioning that there is included tip. They even recommend more tip percentages at the bottom. Do not fall for this scam! 15 percent is already included. It's easy to do especially if English isn't your first language.

Returned with family to eat after 3 years, and the food quality went down . The rotisserie chicken was not fully cooked the fries were cold , the green pasta was extremely salty and the picarones diid not taste good at all. Unfortunately not returning to this restaurantFood: 1/5

I really enjoy the pollo a la brasa, and the service is quite good. However, the restaurant is too dark for my liking, so I prefer to get my food to go. Food rating: 4/5.

2 and last, 1st time wasn’t so bad, but second time around food was not good at all and food was super salty, not worth to go back, to bad because waiters were super nice
