Mcdonald's - Tampa

The restaurant operated seamlessly, with everyone collaborating effectively. Orders were processed smoothly, and the staff maintained a positive attitude, genuinely eager to assist. It was clear that the manager is an exceptional leader. She interacted with customers, wiped down tables, and took orders using her headset all at once. I was truly impressed by her hands-on approach; she leads by example rather than merely directing others. She’s an outstanding manager, and her team is fantastic!

I have to say that Mr. Gregory made my visit to McDonald's truly special! I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in, and he sprinkled some lighthearted jokes into our conversation while I was ordering. It was such a delightful change from the usual experience! I will definitely return to this location!

The first time I came here, it wasn't to enjoy a meal. I had attended an event and was looking for assistance. The staff here were incredibly friendly and courteous, providing me with the help and kindness I truly needed. Now that I'm back on my feet, I’ve returned to pick up orders from this location for Uber Eats. The interior is consistently spotless, and the staff is always friendly, kind, and professional. My reasoning is simple: if they care so much about their workplace and the people in it, then the food must be exceptional! And I can definitely attest that it smells amazing.

This is just another McDonald's in a long list of McDonald's that is refusing to open their lobbies earlier in the morning like they always having the past to accommodate the commercial drivers with the large vehicles that cannot use a drive-thru. Theposted hours say 5:00 a.m. but using their fingers they indicated to me through the window that they open their lobby at 6:00a.m.. McDonald's seems intent to remain doing covid practices of keeping your lobbies closed a lot earlier and directingcommercial drivers that cannot use the drive-thru because of vehicle size to walk up to their drive-thru window which is unsafeand just unprofessional for a fast food business they're just telling me that they don't want my business if they're not goingto open their lobby there's no reason they don't open their lobby it's just pure laziness in the fast food industry to continuethis practice. McDonald's has displayed an absolute commitment to trying to pee and drive through only business if thisbehavior continues I will just stop using McDonald's I've already cut my McDonald's usage by 70% because they will not opentheir lobbies for the working man of this country that wants to use their services between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m. Update 8-1-2022employees are still thinking the lobby doesn't open until 6:00am. Still posted hours online and on the east side door say5:00am. Still failing ????

Pretty bad. Ask for made to order crispy chicken sandwich. Told it would be like 6 minutes. Told her that 's fine. 3 mins later, a girl brings the food and the fries weren 't done. I told her and she went back and grabbed more fries from the samebatch because those weren 't done. Arrived at my hotel room across the street to realize the sandwich was not made to order andit was thrown together. I threw away the fries but microwaved the sandwich. I 'm done?????
