Koizi Endless Hibachi Sushi Eatery

Not a great experience. We cook better in the microwave at home. I love sushi but my order didn't taste good at all. There were 4 wait staff and 11 tables yet were told we would have to wait for a table. Restaurant was 80% empty. Wait staff and hostess were not friendly, maybe a symptom of bad management. If you are looking for something to eat in this plaza, choose Cali instead.

For vegetarians, there are rolls available without meat and plenty of vegetable options, particularly in the Hibachi dishes. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, offering a children's menu with chicken tenders, fries, and even ice cream for dessert.

The service at this restaurant was great. The miso soup, crab sticks with cream cheese, eel, and ice cream were all good. However, the sushi rice was too heavily flavored, which masked the natural flavors of the seafood. Additionally, the rolls were over-stuffed with rice, with 8 to 10 pieces, which was not appetizing for our all-you-can-eat meal. Overall, we would rate the food 2 out of 5.

Waiter was not attentive. We had to ask (twice) for him to remove empty plates, and he still didn 't do it. We had to ask for refills, reorders, even the tab. The floor was littered with food, straw wrappers, chopstick wrappers, and it was sticky when you walked on it. We ordered Nigiri, (4 pieces) and only ate half the rice. We were told we couldn 't order more because we didn 't eat the rice. We didn 't even want more. The entry walking up was FILTHY. Concrete was black, outside waiting area should have been a sign to leave! We ignored it thinking it would be better inside....mistake! Tables left piled with plates for almost an hour around us after diners left. Bathroom also filthy, trash piled up, falling on the floor. It was miserable, you know when you feel like the staff just could care less? The staff here didn 't work together, and they all had an overtone of miserable about them. The feeling in the restaurant was uncomfortable and not hospitable at all. Do yourself a favor and don 't go to this dirty, nasty, miserable place.
