Contribuiți la feedbackIt was a beautiful experience. it felt like home. the responsible person came by and told us the story. help us choose vegetarian food. I asked her paella is not in the menu and they said no more, but they can do it for me, and they did and it was delicious. many times I appreciate the service more than eating and this place had both. I would recommend checking this place if they are near clearwater beach, florida. hope they will keep the service and the food to be the inheritance of the oldest Colombian restaurants in the country.
Always wanted to try this, but was afraid of the 3 dollar signs listed. Splurged on valentine's day with the Mrs. and gave it a try. The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere is wonderful. The service was decent, although the table that came in after us seemed to get most of our waitresses attention. The food was good, but not worth the prices being charged for them. Wife got the stuffed grouper which she enjoyed immensely. I got the combo platter, because I was told this is the largest portion offered. It was ok at best. The steak was ok, the empanada tasted rather old as if it was sitting around for a bit. The yuca was tasteless, the pork was just ok as well. Plantains were good. The portion wasnt huge but filled the plate up. Bread was crunchy, but pretty good, but never offered more once done with first piece. The sangria was very good! The bread pudding was awesome!
I've eaten in all locations! Today , I took my client for lunch in Columbia/ Clearwater Beach, and I had l.The service was slow and not attentive; never once came to the table and asked if we needed more drinks! I gave it 4 stars the food; it was delicious. I had the Paella ! My client ordered chicken and Yello rice and 1905 salad!
Had reservations for a group, but when arrived had to wait more than 45 mins past reservation time and our group was split away from each other. The table I was at had 4 ppl, and I watched several others get waited in and served before we even got drinks ?? I had the cannolli lobster but shared with friends a chicken dish and a sampler dish. Bread was good, but cold and crusty; salad was good- very oily (dripping) but really good and bread came in handy to mop up all the extra oil. Ordered bread pudding to go (was after 10pm by thus time) and it was the highlight of the meal! So good! Best entrée was my friends breaded chicken. My lobster entrée had minimal lobster and waayyy too much cheese. The sample resembled a grade-school cafeteria plate and tasted the same. Would go again to the restaurant to see if this instance was just a fluke- other tables were served quickly and their food looked really good. Recommend with caution
The bartenders were the best experience and they were very pleasant. Our waitress sarah was really nice but another waitress yelled at an old man next to us for putting bread on the wood railing and she wasn’t polite. Another waiter literally screamed like an animal to a guest next to us while we were dining and said “don’t let management see you drinking that here (he thought a customer brought a truly/whiteclaw but it was an energy drink he had finished)” which made us feel very uncomfortable. The food was not the best. I wish we didn’t eat here because it feels like the food is frozen or kept for weeks before served. The water had crumbs in the bottom too.
