Burger King - Tampa

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. It's conveniently located right across from the casino. I enjoyed the best burger I've had in a long time from Burger King, and the fries were impressive as well. I highly recommend it — thank you!

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They forgot to include food and utensils in my order. They don't accommodate even the most basic food preferences. Isn't it Burger King? Aren't you supposed to have it your way? It also took a long time for my order to be served. I would strongly advise against eating at this Burger King. I'm very disappointed.

It is 11:36 PM, and it seems the staff here would rather be at home than working. Our order was placed at the drive-thru, primarily through the phone, and we've been waiting a while. While we were waiting for our food, I saw one of the employees on her phone, and a guy came out to help with the food orders. It was so chaotic; she barely put her phone down to assist. This Burger King has a very unprofessional vibe.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff seem unprofessional and in need of better training. I don't recommend it! There was a lot of pressure to order quickly, which was really frustrating. This was the worst service I've encountered at any Burger King. I won’t be spending my money here again! They really need to hire new employees who can provide better customer service.
