Burger 21 Carrollwood - Tampa

The food was delicious, I loved the black bean burger. Besides the food, the service is spectacular! Dominik is great. He checked for me while I was immersed and I really appreciate it when it happens in a restaurant. I'll be back.

I ordered the sweet potatoes for $10, but they arrived cold. When I asked for more honey mustard, I had to wait in line again because they use tiny containers to save money. After about 10 minutes, I finally got it, but by then, I had lost my appetite for the cold, overpriced fries. This place used to be great a few years ago, but over time, they've cut costs while maintaining the same high prices, which is really disappointing for long-time customers. The burgers were just okay.

I have been visiting Burger 21 for many years at various locations in the area. This particular spot is usually clean and offers friendly service. However, I really wish they would bring back the Chicken Parm. It was my go-to sandwich when I didn’t feel like having a burger, but they removed it from the menu about a year or two ago. That’s why I don’t come around as often anymore. I tried the Crispy Chick, and while it was decent, it just doesn't compare to the Chicken Parm. I would visit much more frequently if they decided to bring it back.

Came to burger 21. eating was delicious and fast. best burgerpatty I already had. the staff was friendly and attentive! eating is a bit expensive, but where is not today. definitiw will return!

The shrimp burger was delicious, and the fries were good as well. It's a pity that the place felt quite empty during my visit.
