Food has been stolen from the counter and occasionally I will wait more than half an hour for a bagel and coffee. Quality of food is mediocre. I have spent much time waiting for food that has been taken or not getting my order due to worker confusion.

This Bay Coffee and Tea Company is located in the Argos Exchange at USF. Unlike other Bay Coffee and Tea locations, this one doubles as a convenience store. This location also allows payment with your USF ID card. With certain meal plans, you are allowed one free swipe per day. This is good for one bakery item and one drink. I have had their Mocha Frappe, Chai Tea, and a number of their bakery items. Overall, I'd say everything is pretty decent, but there are a few (easily fixable) issues. The bakery items are pretty good, but they heat them up too quickly leaving the center cold. This could be fixed by toasting a bit longer at a lower temperature. The drinks aren't bad. They could be more flavorful, but the main issue is how inconsistent they are. Most of the time there are no issues, but sometimes my drink is beyond watery. This happens maybe 10-20% of the time. The building itself is pretty nice. Everything looks and feels clean. The service is great too. The chairs are really comfortable so it's a good place to relax or study. COVID precautions are being taken seriously. Masks are required for staff and customers, tables seem to be regularly sanitized, and social distancing markers have been set up. Overall, it's sort of hard to recommend this place. If I was judging solely on the drinks, I might give it 3 stars. The fact that it doubles as a convenience store and its long hours (relative to everywhere else on campus), help redeem it.

Their coffee is not too sweet, not strong. It was balanced. It's perfect. Would recommend.
