Babushka's Hyde Park - Tampa

Tried Babushka’s for the first time and was blown away by the lovely authenticity, thoughtful menu guidance by our wonderful waiter, and over culinary experience. From drinks to dessert Babushka’s provided a perfect evening with friends.

The food was delicious. The decor made the place feel like home.

Delicious food. Fifth visit and the food never disappoints. The wide variety of reasonably priced Eastern European cocktails and wines is wonderful. Parking is tight, even difficult At times. And for some reason, whether mid-summer or dead of winter, I find the climate inside uncomfortably cold. Not just chilly, but cold. Bring a sweater

As a Ukrainian, I found the food to be truly authentic and delicious. The restaurant's atmosphere was delightful, and the service was commendable. I highly recommend the sampler plate; it was the standout item on the menu. However, the salmon, ordered by two of us, didn't impress and wasn't anything special. Surprisingly, my husband ended up enjoying my dinner more than his own.

This might be my new favorite restaurant. Everything was so flavorful and the service was excellent.
