Last visited: July 2023 I've now dined at Lily's a number of times. Quick service and the food is good. I don't normally head to a vegetarian restaurant.... in fact, this is the only vegetarian restaurant I regularly go to. The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The food was served cold and had a bad smell, as if it had been prepared two days ago. The staff lacked the basic skills in customer interaction. Overall, the food and service both deserve a rating of 1 out of 10.

The onion bhaji was disappointing, but everything else was delicious in taste and flavor. The service was decent, with a dine-in meal for dinner costing between £10-20 per person. The food scored a 4, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 5. Recommended dishes include the samosas.

First of all most of the reviews here are Fake ! So don’t fooled. Coming to the point, they are charging like any star category restaurant and their portion sizes are that of feeling a 10 year old kid. Believe me for a £10.79 they charge on for a main course, they’ll serve you in small dishes made to feed pigeons. A complete rip off!!! The service staff is pathetic, I waited for 15 mins to settle my bill and at one point I felt like walking out of the restaurant. All in all avoid, go to a better portion size and located restaurant if you want to spend this kind of money. The prices here should be at least -40% less.

The service and atmosphere at this restaurant were both excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I would highly recommend dining here.
