I placed an order, using the app linked to their website. The money was taken from my account and then they rejected the order. No explanation. Phone just rings out. Tragic. Avoid. I was given £3 compensation from food hub (not the restaraunt)

The food order was incorrect, some items were missing, and overall the food was very disappointing. It took more than an hour for our food to arrive on a Tuesday night. Honestly, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

I have ordered from this restaurant twice and both times were disappointing. The first time I placed an order at 7pm and was told it would take 1 hour for the food to be ready. However, when I called back at 8:15pm, I was informed that they hadn't even started preparing the order. On both occasions, the service took over an hour.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. After placing my order and receiving a notification that it had not gone through, I called the takeaway and was told the same thing. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that the money had been taken. Upon calling the takeaway again, they suddenly found my order. When my meal arrived, I discovered that items were missing. When I called to inquire about the missing items, the person on the phone was hostile and offered only a free salad for next time. I was already missing items from my order, so this was not a satisfactory solution. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Nowt great here guys! Took 2 hours to deliver. Thick cheap beefburger/average Non tasty chicken fillet on top. Kebab meat nice.
