Phuong Nam - Tamarac

Feeling adventurous, I ordered something called Canh Chua ca'Bong Lau, described as sour fish soup. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy it at all, but that was entirely my fault for not asking about it beforehand. My order was for takeout, and the owner kindly delivered it with the broth in one large container and the seafood and vegetables in another. He suggested that I microwave the broth to bring out its flavors, which I really appreciated. This little restaurant, with around 15 tables and no booths, has the potential to be a hidden gem. I’ll definitely return, but next time I’ll be sure to ask for guidance on what to order. I wish this place much success and commend them on maintaining such outstanding cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
