Contribuiți la feedbackWe had dinner at this restaurant three times and we never regretted it. The menu is limited, but the choice is sufficient to suit everyone's taste. The dos de cabillaud and the omble Chevalier were fresh and excellently prepared. Among the desserts, we particularly liked the pomme de Savoie, but the surprise du sommelier was a standout.
Superb experience all round. The weather was poor, so we were seated inside, in a rather atmospheric and large room towards the back of the restaurant. The service was impeccable, the sommelier very knowledgeable and attentive, and the food was nigh on perfect. We each had the Menu Couleurs de Cézanne €109 pp), which consisted of six courses plus a couple of amuse bouche. Extremely well balanced and portioned, all were absolutely fantastic. One of the best meals I've ever had.
We went for a lovely al fresco dinner on the grounds of the Abbaye. A truly beautiful setting. We had a wonderful meal, with excellent service. Mostly regional ingredients creatively prepared and presented. Would highly recommend (especially outside).
