Jimmy John's - Tallmadge

I just started working there, but I always ate there.

This place is terrible...from the service to the gross italian sub i ordered...yuck...who messes up a cold cut? They do especially by using their nasty homemade flavorless bread.....the food tastes like it sat out for awhile not fresh at all...overall i will NEVER go back! $15 bucks down the drain....smh

Tried a new restaurant today I never been to Jimmy John's before. The service was great it was a little more expensive than I anticipated they didn't have a whole lot to offer I can honestly say I've been the better places to live but it was decent I don't know that I'll be back anytime soon but for those of you who have been to Jimmy John's and love them down keep going. For those of you who has not tried Timmy John definitely give it a thought you'd might be surprised to what they have to offer look for me personally it did not impress me.

I ordered a sandwich and sat indoors. Got just what I wanted and everyone was nice and informative. Even though I came at a pretty slow time each person was moving around cleaning or preparing. Everyone always greeted and said have a great day. Good staff.

Would not honor the promo of T-Mobile if the online order was incorrect. Manager called who refused to compose the sandwich. The phone call to the office went unanswered and no call back. This is extremely poor customer service. I have run and held restaurants, with proof of the legitimacy of the promo, the mgr on service and certainly the called General mgr should have spent the credit and can do this. You never asked what else I bought.
