Sfäär Resto - Tallinn

Fantastic meal! Delicious and very interesting flavors. The trout starter was big enough to be a duck. The lamb with turbulent cabbage was amazing. We loved these two so much that we ordered another slice - the mushrooms and celery root entree, which was small but incredible.

Delicious rye bread. The best eggs I've ever had. Friendly service, good prices.

A wonderful dining room experience, very trendy, maybe some hipster restaurant typical of Tallinn neighborhoods like this. We skipped the appetizers (we take them anyway) because they were the price of the main courses. I would have liked more possibilities for the entry stage. There were not many choices on the menu that I absolutely loved it means that everything is fresh and the cook knows the dishes thoroughly. The most important courses varied from under 9 Euro to 19 € for organic beef steak, which was absolutely delicious. I am aware that there is no steakhouse and maybe for this kind of meat there is only a proper cooking level, but I found it strange that they don't ask if I did it raw or well it was perfectly cooked anyway! Do not expect to make this place flourish, as the portions are not too big, but enjoy every bite you take is delicious! Dessert coffee and chocolate mousse was also perfect!

Went during the Tallinn Restaurant Week 2018. The food was great! Really loved the starter goat cheese with Sfäär's own pesto. Shoutout to the staff as well (both front and back), they were awesome!
