I think I've never been so disappointed with a restaurant. There were three tables at desserts, coffees. We waited a good half hour to get the card, a good quarter hour to place order
In Tallard, restaurants are not legion, and all are not quality. We stopped in the one responding to the pretty name Les 100 Ciels. In this restaurant, simplicity is set. The dishes are effective, homemade, without looking for complexity, they are simple and roborative foods. The service is like the kitchen: simple and effective. Reactive and smiling, the young waitress welcomed us professionally, brought the slate immediately, as well as a water carafe. The table is erected without fun, paper towel, covered in the glass, simple sets. The dishes seem to change at the seasons or even at the option of weeks. On the slate, eight plates are available. Meat is the star since six of the eight plates include it. There is a fish dish and a different cheese dish. Everything is homemade: the blue cord, the fries, the sweet potato purée, the stuffed ones... My wife ordered the stuffed ones: a tomato and a zucchini accompanied by rice. The plate was well erect, a dome of rice had been formed (which in the late 1980s but at least it is properly done) and green salad with grated carrots (which did not swim in an industrial vinaigrette) accompanied the whole. The tomato and round zucchini were well cooked (especially the round zucchini which is not simple cooking). The water didn't burst, the stuffing was well chopped and the whole was uniformly cooked. On my side, I ordered the ****'s back and his sweet potato purée. The purée, like rice, was served as a dome, and salad leaves with grated carrots also accompanied the plate. I enjoyed that everything remains warm until the end of the tasting, especially the purée. The fish was soft, the purée stood, I had nothing to say on the dish. I finished my lunch with a tea and had the good surprise to discover that the brand served comes from the Comptoirs Richard, a quality pledge. Overcrowding, tea service, biscuit and sweet sugar were monograms Comptoirs Richard. Again, like the plates, the decorum is treated. However, we ate in a village restaurant, with no chichi, without fioriture at the service level. It's only from end to end quality. We paid 48.50 euros for two dishes, a tea and a coffee. Rates are not neutral since each plate is offered at more than 20 euros. The plates are pretty copyy. I saw the bunny thigh, the blue cord, every time I was marked by the generosity of the dishes. I recommend Les 100 Ciels.
On our way back to return to our vast southern home we pass by the sweet town of tallard, having not wanted to eat at fast food Macdonald we were looking for a small brewery, I turn the head at the cross and see that I a sweet jinterpele restaurant via my talki walki my friend to quémander his opinion it answers me by laffirmative to say that he was very hungry What to put a little gay in this vast world buried by the famine and the misery that we have on our daily lives... Don't go ahead without stopping you you have an expert's opinion. Matter!
Difficult to have any opinion, this restaurant is no longer, so horribili! Ephemeral as in Chiffon, it is now Chez Charlie, its super friendly welcome, such as the rates, its refreshing beers, in addition to a dish of the day of good aloi. lol
