Whataburger - Tallahassee

Worst customer service experience ever. I ordered online for board pickup. Armed, checked and waited and nothing. I'm going in and I can't even bring someone to the counter. I almost had to go back to get someone who acknowledges I was there. He asked my name and gave me a bag that just sat on the counter for whom knows how long, then went away. I'm sorry or something. Never recognize these people again, without customers you have no work. You better manage.

Had a big Shaje for me, but it was a white chic without raspberry!? It should have both! I'm gonna eat in this place!

Went here yesterday with some friends and it was an amazing experience. the order lasted a little, but it was at the end.

Had to wait 30 minutes for a boarding order because they forgot? and the attached photo is that big? I got it. Thanks, garbage service.

I always stop at least once. At any store I see when traveling thru Florida.
