Wendy's - Tallahassee

Clean branch, not enough workers seemed to thru due to a back in the drive that leads to one on the opposite side. Ordered a baconator meal medium and a spicy chicken sandwich and that was almost $20.

Boo hiss! Terrible experience. Pre ordered thru app. Arriving in the restaurant asked to park. Then I waited and waited and waited. Then they brought the drinks and said we were working on your food. I'm back. Then food comes etc. I started leaving that things were still wrong. She said your order was deleted and we worked out of memory. Then when I got our food home, it was still not right.

Nicole here is really nice and thoughtful, very hard to find.

?Sorry we close at 10pm. You can?t order much.? It?s 9:43. Can I get this.? No. Can I get that. No? Why don?t you tell me what you have. ?We have very little?. Then the 3 women at the window at the southwood Wendy?s were just rude. 10.20.20. Basically. Beat it. Done with Wendy?s. Not good. Terrible service. Utter disrespect! See ya Wendy?s. Really. It is not that good. Just junk food rude staff. . But I would rather now eat at circle K.

I come here once a week just after 8am because I get one free breakfast sandwich a week. But anyway I have a speech problem due to having head and neck cancer twice. I have a hole in my palate so I sound nasally and very congested. I also ride my motorcycle here a lot and with my helmet on it is really hard to hear me but these workers do a great job understanding and not judging me or telling me to pull up and order at the window. They always are so fast too and I am in and out within 3 minutes. Maybe it's just the time I always go but they do a great job with my orders. Highly recommend going here just after 8am lol!
