Ology Brewing Co [midtown]

Ology was the place I’d always hang out in college. Now that I’m back in town, I realize just how much I miss the brews here—nothing has ever beat Ology for me! Great little place to hang out, grab a sour and play some board games—it is my personal favorite brewery I’ve ever been to.

Yes, the coffee and beer are great, but I sure wish the furniture were more comfortable ! We consistently have backaches after sitting on those stools at the barrels... I guess if you're a 20 something this would not be an issue.... but if you are over 40, it definitely is! :

I absolutely love this place. I grew up in Tallahassee but have been away for decades. Ology Brewing is a world class brewery with fantastic IPAs. I tried all 8 on the menu, having small pours, and they all were absolutely amazing. Ology has created a great, welcoming environment to enjoy their amazing brews and Gaines Street Pizza next door has fantastic pizza to go along with the beer. I will visit this amazing brewery when I return to Tallahassee, which will be often since my stepson will be attending FSU in the fall. Excellent work!

Great little spot to hang out and have some amazing craft beer. The selection here is never dull or boring. One of my favorite breweries I've ever been to and always make sure to stop here when I'm in Tally.

I’ve never been to the taproom as I live out in Jax. That said, I pick up their beers often from a shop here that carries them and I just have to say that Ology beers DO NOT MISS. New rule: you see an ology beer on the shelf, you buy it.
