Ihop - Tallahassee

We had a great experience when we visited 5/3/22. our first visit in tallahassee and we were pleasantly surprised. we were greeted when we arrived. all smile! our server T.K tamara was very friendly and cheerful. actually, everyone who worked there seemed to enjoy their work. we could even hear the kitchen staff singing. We'll be back next time we're in their way. other restaurants could learn from them how to offer excellent customer service.

After a long day of driving stopped and noticed that there was only one worker. his only table was finished, so we decided to stay here. we didn't catch his name, but he was professional, friendly and very fast regarding eating despite the circumstances. he did serve, cook, clean, etc. several other customers came and one was rude and very loud waiting for an understandable, and that didn't change his attitude at all. he did a great job!

Nice server, very helpful and polite. what turned me off was that I was not given the code that was needed to redeem my pan coins from the new program. I asked a server other than my own server that told me the codes were on a separate part of the reception. the server then brought what I now know to be a random code, as it's $5 less in coin money than I bill on a $68 without tipp.

Waitress was really nice and professional. the chef could use some help. take me casual eggs with a little bit of bart hair. I asked for more iron and they sent a better teller egg, but minus the cheese I paid. I think they thought I should pay more cheese and I think my egg should have been boiled to the first place.

From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile from Yaya. Our server was outstanding (my apologies for not remembering her name) and made us feel like we were at her home and stopped in for breakfast. Food was yummy and hot. Coffee was superb! Was pleasantly surprised the bathrooms were even clean with the short-handed situation all shops/ restaurants are experiencing. Y'all do a fantastic jobfrom the front door to the kitchen! Keep up the good work and know that it does not go unnoticed!
