The hotel is not being very well cared for. it starts to look run down. The breakfast room didn't open on time, the pool had no towels or umbrellas, the bathroom in our room 904 had caked up dirt in the corners and just looked uncared for. I was disappointing as we had stayed there the year before it it was lovely. Obviously this is bad management and lack of hotel staff.

An interesting vibe from the moment you enter the hotel and the excitement and curiosity builds as you ride the elevator to the top, only to have to change to another elevator. Very intriguing! The food was amazing. Best mimosa ever with peach schnapps. The reason I did not give 5* was due to the restroom not being cleaned from the night before.

My experience with your valet attendant at the double tree in Tallahassee was amazing. Your personnel, Alex was exceptional. He was attentive to every need and prompt in his response. Alex is very kind and welcoming. He is a perfect person for such a position because of his caring attitude.

My stay was just ok. During my stay they did not clean our room and did not bring towels. However, the valet crew was amazing. Alex and Joao were magnificent!! They were prompt and they had the best attitude. They were very kind even though their job is sooo difficult and people are so rude. Thank you so much boys ??

Highest rooftop bar in town. Offers wonderful views of Florida's capital city. Tommy the bartender is the best, quick, friendly, and hospitable. Didn't have an opportunity to try their food as the kitchen closed. Great views, quick service, great stop before dinner or a
