Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Tallahassee

Me and my husband, and our friends stopped here. Our server kenji was extremely nice, and very helpful! She went way beyond, and was very polite. If you're ever in Tallahassee, I recommend coming here!

I don't normally complain about things like this, however I believe this needs to be addressed. My mother and I were going into this dairy queen for an ice cream cake and some lunch, however when we walked into the store the place reaked of mold to thepoint where we lost our entire appetite, and the ice cream cakes looked very old and freezer burnt. Unfortunately wasted ourtime over there.

Located on Capital Circle NW, next to the Harley Davidson dealership. I don 't frequent Dairy Queen often and received severe sticker shock when I ordered a medium "blast ' or something and a small sundae. Not their fault, just the cost of thingsnowadays. Service overall was good.

Cold as hell and very dirty bathroom. I can forgive the floater some inconsiderate diner left in the men's room toilet, but my shoes stuck to the floor, and the green mildew around the urinal shows they don't care. Same with the black algae growingin the ice maker.... it even has a clear spout so it can be easily seen, but again these folks don't care! The tables weredirty, but we were there around 5:30 PM, and that could have been the dinner rush might have just left. Still, it was socold my wife had to get her jacket out of the car. I wish i had thought to bring a jacket. You might want to give this place apass if you are driving through, and if ur a local you might want to call the health department.

The staff was nice but the floors and seats are very sticky. It was so cold inside the store I had to get my sweatshirt out of the car my husband was actually shivering...so no blizzards for us way to cold to get ice cream. We had been on a trip so wejust ate our food quickly and got out.
