Costco Wholesale - Tallahassee

I had a bad shopping experience today at Tallahassee Costco. I bought a lot of food and went to self checkout. Before completing scanning, the machine started to work improperly because there were too much food on the deck and I had to stack food over. The machine did not allow me to keep scanning if I stacked up. I was stuck over there and no employee came to help, so I decided to put scanned food back on to the deck from my shopping-cart, and tried to complete scanning of rest of food. Suddenly, an employee came to blame me not to scan some food. I told him the situation and let him check the checkout screen and see if I missed scanning or did not scan something. This is a simple way for him to find if his blame is correct or not, but he declined to do so and kept claiming I did not scan some food. That brought me a very unhappy moment in the Costco. I think they need to improve their service and have a good or proper working method to customers.

I love Costco! What 's not to love? Lol Service is good and quick. Prices are amazing. I enjoy the rotation for seasonal trends. It makes every visit like a scavenger hunt but that 's the point with them. It 's dangerous! Do you know about the sale price hacks and death star? Costco has its own language . ? I just wish they had another in Pensacola or Destin.

I LOVE IT!!! The only problem with Costco. I mean this with all my heart. There are too many things that I love in that store. Which means I always come out broke. There’s also always somebody out there in the parking lot to help me unload my car or get my cart

I purchased a set of original equipment Michelin tires for my Shelby Mustang at a very good sale price this month. Costco beat Tire Rack and Discount tire on the price! Since I am picky on who works on my car, I removed the wheels myself and brought them in to have the new tires mounted and balanced. During the process, one wheel was slightly scratched and later I discovered that one of the other wheels had been nicked up in two places. The tire center supervisor, Bradley, showed me the scratches on the one wheel and completed a claim for for me to have the wheel repaired. When I showed him the picture of the other wheel which was damaged, he did not hesitate to submit a claim form for that wheel, too. So, both wheels were repaired to my satisfaction and Costco reimbursed me for the full amount $300). Always a Good practice to have the tire center inspect your wheels before the work is started so if something does happen during the process, it's an easy process to remedy any problems. I was extremely happy with the way Bradley handled this issue and I will certainly buy my next set of wheels from this location!

Costco is great, we save on gas and have access to good quality food. Also features a good return policy for nonfoods. However, employees have a weird habit of winking at me while talking to me. I hope theyre not trained to do this, please knock it off.
